Reservations must be cancelled by 3pm EST 21 days in advance to avoid a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the stay. If cancelled more than 21 days prior to check-in, the deposit will be fully refunded. If cancelled within seven days of the check-in date, no refund will be provided. A $95 cancellation fee applies to all reservation cancellations. Due to our small size, cancellations greatly affect us. Therefore, we must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. We strongly recommend travel insurance. Group reservations (3 or more rooms) may have special booking terms and conditions.
Check-in is after 3 PM. Check out is at 11 AM. *Early check-ins are based upon availability. We offer guests complimentary luggage storage.
While we love all furry friends, we do not accept pets to respect those with allergies. This also applies to emotional support animals.

We do not. With the exception of the Garden Apartment, all of our rooms accommodate a maximum of two guests.
We have a lovely outdoor courtyard designed for small, intimate events. Additionally, the dining room and parlor room are well suited for events no larger than 25 people.
